Deployed Resources would like to introduce Nick Cignarale, Capture Manager, and an integral Deployed Resources team member since 2010.

As Capture Manager, Nick works with the development team on qualifying business opportunities and developing win-strategies to improve Deployed Resources probability of achieving and winning business opportunities. He handles the majority of the company’s technical proposals when responding to larger solicitations and assists with pricing as needed. He is also happy to help out with any duties outside his normal job description as needed.

Nick’s team player work ethic stems from his long tenure at Deployed Resources. He first joined the team at only 16-years old when Deployed Resources was a small business; since then, he has not only watched the company rapidly grow, but he has been an active stakeholder in that growth; he is very excited to see what else the Deployed Resources team can conquer in the years to come.

Along with his longstanding career, Nick has a wide-range of experiences and memories that stand out. From working his first hurricane response in North Carolina following Hurricane Matthew to joining the development team and learning how much time and effort is put into obtaining work to keep the company on a positive track, there is always something new to get involved with; he can’t imagine working for anyone else!
