Deployed Resources would like to introduce Kathryn (“Kate”) Lettko, Senior Director of Operations, and a valuable member of the Deployed Resources team since March 2017.

With Kate’s role at Deployed Resources, it is very important for her to be quick-thinking, adaptable, and an expert in handling the extraordinary since her biggest responsibility is filling in for the COO when needed. However, on a day-to-day basis, these skills are also just as important since her responsibilities can range from filling out paperwork to analyzing company best practices and processes to brainstorming ways to make Deployed Resources better, faster, and stronger. When she isn’t focused on finding ways to improve and grow the company, she is also helping manage the team as well as understanding each and every technical aspect that comes with each position at Deployed Resources.

While the constant need to learn and adapt in new situations can be daunting to many, Kate sees this as an opportunity.
