The Bicon Kitchen Unit provides a fully functional kitchen and can be placed adjacent to a Sentinel II Airbeam dining area to allow easy access between the dining facility and kitchen. In addition to essential all-electric cooking equipment, each unit includes full exhaust hoods with ANSUL systems, ECU, and adequate food preparation area.
