Our Kitchen Trailers are fully functional, stainless steel commercial kitchens housed inside 28’ or 53’ trailers.  With the capacity to feed up to 2,500 people, our unique and completely mobile trailer allows for food preparation on the go, anytime, anywhere.  Whether you need a mobile kitchen for military training or business continuity, to feed a large amount of people due to a natural disaster or emergency situation, an event or music festival, our Kitchen trailer solutions can accommodate your short and long-term needs. In addition to this versatile solution, we partner with our clients to accommodate their kitchen and food preparation needs. This includes individually meeting with our clients to review all logistics and details of food service such as creating a custom menu, reviewing the amount of people to be serviced, location of food service, timeframe, etc. It is our goal to ensure our clients are provided efficient and high-quality food service, working towards delivering high quality, custom-tailored solutions. Deployed Resources also offers food service capabilities with the option to add chefs as well as full service staff for your food service and dining needs.
